All artworks remain the intellectual property of Barbara de Ligt.

Product images are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, material or finish may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

3. Limited Editions

If a product is offered as a limited edition, the edition size will be clearly stated.

Barbara de Ligt reserves the right to release future editions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before checkout.

Barbara de Ligt reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

5. Orders & Payment

An agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully completed.

Orders may be refused if payment cannot be verified or in case of suspected misuse.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on production and shipping location.

Barbara de Ligt is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For physical products, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Custom-made or personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds are made via the original payment method.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

If a defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered.

All content on this website, including artworks, designs, texts and images, remains the intellectual property of Barbara de Ligt.

No reproduction, copying, distribution or resale is permitted without written permission.

Purchased products may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
